2 bedroom / 2 bath condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico

Please share the following information with everyone traveling: - children over 12 only, please • Do not bring loading carts, bikes, large beach toys or kayaks into the unit. • Do not apply tanning sprays or lotions inside of the unit. Self-tanning lotions will stain linens and furniture. Sprays cause the tile to become slippery and damage walls/linens/furniture. Please do not use hair dye during your visit. • Several black make-up cloths are provided in each bathroom. Please use them to avoid stains. • Please rinse any toys, shoes, etc that you use on the beach - there is a rinsing station on the beach walk over. • Do not leave items outside of the front door, they will be removed by management. You should use the Guest Storage area on the ground level (east side) for bikes, any beach chairs, toys, tents/canopies, surf boards, boogie boards, etc. • Do not hang towels, beach toys, flags of any type or hammocks on the balcony rails. • Throwing or sweeping anything from a balcony is a FELONY in Florida and the resort has cameras. • Do not clean fish inside or store bait in the refrigerator. If you purchase raw seafood, please store it in a plastic container with a lid (provided), not just a plastic bag. We appreciate your help to avoid residual seafood odor after your departure. Heat & Air Conditioning • Do not leave the balcony doors open (even at night), the humidity will freeze the HVAC unit. You are welcome to use the balcony but just don’t leave doors open. • Do NOT turn the HVAC system OFF. This will cause condensation and mildew to form inside of the condo windows/doors and on the fabrics. The HVAC system serves as a dehumidifier. Even in cool temperatures, the air is very humid on the coast. • Feel free to adjust the heat or AC for your comfort. The minimum setting is 68 degrees, but you can adjust it to a higher temperature. Laundry and Beach Towels • We provide a full size (HE) washer and dryer for your convenience and use during your stay. • Six (6) beach towels are provided for your convenience. If you use the beach towels, we ask that you wash and dry them (separately) prior to departure. Beach towel laundry service is not included in your housekeeping fee. We provide 1 set of laundry supplies for this purpose. Other • There are restrooms in the community room/fitness center located at 1F for your convenience from the beach or pool. The access code is 0214# (think Valentine’s Day). • You must wear the yellow or orange pool bands located on the hall table in the condo. Staff regularly patrols the pool and resort areas looking for the bands. Everyone must have one.

Beach Chair Service • Your two complimentary beach chairs and umbrella (March – October) will be set up every day (Sunday – Friday) weather permitting. You must see the beach attendant to be assigned a set of chairs. If the attendant is not on site, you can choose a set and he/she will work with you when they return. Chairs are not “held” by dropping your towel or bag; unaccompanied items may be removed. • The attendant will begin assigning chairs at 9AM. Chairs are taken in at 5PM each day. • We advise that you consider tipping the beach chair attendant. The lead attendant for La Dolce Vida Beach Service shares tips with the other attendants. The suggested tip for the full week is $40. • Tell the beach service employee that you are staying in WEST 18B. Outside of your optional tip, there is no additional fee for daily service. ** Front row seats are reserved for owners and guest that purchase chair service directly from the vendor at the full price, first come first served. If you wish to upgrade or purchase an additional set of chairs/umbrella service, La Vida accepts reservations in advance by calling 866-651-1869 or LDVbeach.com ITEMS PLACED ON THE BEACH BEFORE 8AM OR LEFT AFTER 8PM WILL BE REMOVED BY SANTA ROSA COUNTY AND TAKEN TO THE COUNTY DUMP SITE.
