Beach access is about a 10 minute walk or the FREE shuttle picks you up at the house door. Maximum parking is 3 vehicles. This villa also offers four luxurious bedrooms including two main ensuites with a king-size bed and full private ensuite bath. You will also enjoy two guest queen size rooms one with a private ensuite full bath and one with a hall bath. The beach is a very short walk away, or allow the Resort Shuttle to pick you up and drop you off free of charge. Enjoy the screened upstairs patio for all year use with incredible resort views. ---------------------------- We offer the use of our 6 passenger street legal golf cart for $450/reservation + fully refundable security deposit of $500. This is billed separately - not through VRBO. The cart can be used to drive inside the resort community on streets, play golf, drive on River Road to several restaurants and to certain public beach access points and passenger drop off at the Beach Club.
