This was our 2nd time to stay in condo 11E. Overall, we had a great stay. The condo itself always feels super clean, which is my top priority. The view is amazing. We did have a few issues this time that we didn’t have previously. The condo beside us was housed with teenagers, (11 to be exact, I met them all on the elevator) who threw loud parties every night. The third night we called the non emergency sheriffs number; and they came out promptly and shut it down. We also had someone parking in our parking spot throughout the stay. I eventually gave up reporting it and we just parked elsewhere. If you plan to use the beach chairs and umbrella that is provided, you do have to pay $10 a day to be on the front or second row. I didn’t know this until day 2, and by that time there was a long waitlist to get in those rows. I wish that was advertised so that I could have paid it the first day. However, the condo itself is my favorite in Navarre, and we plan to be back next year!
