Good to know
This is a cozy private condo on the first floor. It is 738 sq. ft. The bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite full bathroom + closet There are bunk beds with a ladder in the hallway. The top bunk is appropriate for children under 12 or adults under 150 lbs. The sofa is NOT a sleeper. Open concept living/dining room with a fully furnished kitchen and dining seating for 4.
House Rules
Maximum 4 guests (including children) March - December Maximum 2 guests for monthly rentals (Jan/Feb) Electronically signed rental agreement required after booking. Full names and ages required for all guests. Tenant making reservation must be present for the duration of the reservation and must meet Association's minimum age requirements Absolutely no pets. This condo complex has strict rules prohibiting pets for renters. Guest should wash/dry beach towels prior to departure. Beach towel laundry is not included in the cleaning fee.
Other Details to Note
Host requires a signed rental agreement that lists names and ages of all guest under 30 years of age. Agreement will be sent electronically after the reservation is complete from RightSignature.com. Your email address will be required to complete the rental agreement. Door code and access instructions will not be issued until the rental agreement is signed. No local rentals (<75 miles). Damages to the condo, furnishings or stained linens will result in a fee applied to the damage deposit. Absolutely no pets, this complex has rules prohibiting pets for renters. Pool is not heated. Pack 'n Play crib available with advanced request. It is not stored in the condo.

Neighborhood
Sunset Harbor Villas is a quiet complex located on the north side of Gulf Boulevard on the Santa Rosa Sound. The Gulf of Mexico is within walking distance and the National Seashore is less than a 5 minute drive. The pool and gas grills are next to the condo. Pools in Navarre are NOT heated. Parking is available on both sides of the building.
Guest Access
Guest have full and private access to the entire condo. The pool is shared with other units and pools in Navarre are NOT heated.
