Buktlst Oaseas is a completely remodeled (7/21) 4th floor condo is equipped for memory making vacations. Comfortable living room furniture, two private en-suite bedrooms and all the amenities you can imagine. From lounging on the private balcony to family dinners and a movie, we've got your vacation all ready. Sundunes has an elevator for your convenience. Pool and BBQ grills now open.
House Rules
Renters must be 25 years or older and occupy the condo for the duration of the reservation. No Pets No Smoking inside or on the balcony Base rates for up to 4 guests. Fees will apply for additional guests occupying the residence including day visitors. These fees are applied for the entire duration of the reservation.
Other Details to Note
The pool and grill areas are now open. Renter must be 25 years or older and occupy the condo for the entire duration of the reservation. No local rentals (<75 miles). Rates are based on the number of guests listed when you make the reservation. Base rates are for up to four guests. There are additional fees for the 5th or 6th guest. No pets & no exceptions / No smoking Property Manager requires an e-signed rental agreement. Long term rentals will require cleaning every two weeks at the full cleaning rate. Storm Refund Policy: If the island is closed due to a storm during your stay, we will refund the balance of your reservation 100%. We recommend guest to consider an inexpensive travel insurance policy from the website Insuremytrip
